We require a Level 2 or 3 Inclusion Assistant to join our successful team supporting staff and students in the classroom along with extra-curricular activities and some general admin duties. The focus of this role will be on reading intervention. If you are interested in working at the leading edge of education, believe that all young people can achieve high standards and are prepared to work hard, we want to hear from you. The post is ideal for a graduate looking to gain classroom experience before training to be a teacher. Providing one to one support and some small group work will also be a part of this key role. It is essential that all applicants have GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English. A-levels and degree preferable, but not essential.
