Device Support Apprentice (ICT)

 

Full time: 37 hours per week Fixed Term Contract (30 months fixed term from start date)

 

Salary: £8,784.26 per annum

 

 

About Us and The Role

ICT Enabling Services have a vacancy for a level 3 Device Support Apprentice to join our extremely busy team. Under the supervision, guidance and support of experienced technicians your duties will include diagnosing, supporting and rectifying all ICT related issues utilising a range of ICT Technologies via our call logging system.

You will be expected to portray a customer focused, enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude with an eagerness to learn as you will be providing technical support to non-technical colleagues.

Your salary will progress to the National Minimum Wage rate for your age after completing the first year of your apprenticeship.
