About Us

Targeted Youth Support’s aim is for young people in Warwickshire to have a brighter future. We’re a small team of dedicated, professionally qualified youth workers who use our own knowledge, skills and experience to build positive relationships with young people. We work with young people aged 11 to 18 years.

It's an exciting time for Targeted Youth Support as we have received new funding and support from Warwickshire County Council and have recently doubled our workforce, bringing amazing new opportunities for staff and the young people and families we serve.

30 Hour Support Youth Worker

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and dynamic youth worker to support the development of youthwork in Bedworth and surrounding areas. The post holder will be responsible for delivering and leading Targeted and Early Help support to include detached, groupwork, 1-2-1 support and to build relationships within local communities.
