We are a small non-denominational Governor led Pre-School within the family setting of St Joseph's Catholic Primary School. The successful applicant will hold a relevant Early Years Qualification and have good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and the ability to work with children effectively to support their development and progress.

The successful applicant must be flexible and happy to work their sessions and any additional hours to cover staff absences, staff training and to cover various additional sessions between 8.45am -3.45pm Monday - Friday.

Interviews will include the opportunity to spend some time in Pre-School (subject to current Coronavirus guidance).

The role:

The Post Holder will:

• Deliver activities within the current EYFS framework as directed by the Pre-School Supervisor. 
• Work closely with the Pre-School Supervisor to create an Ofsted "outstanding ready" unit.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and innovation to ensure the promotion of the Pre-School.
• Support the Pre-School Supervisor with all Pre-School tasks

  Salary: £18,198 - £18,562 (pro-rata) - £9.43 per hour

  Scale: Grade 2 SCP 2-3
