Teaching Assistant

Required for January 2020 start
32.5 hours per week – Term Time only

(Grade 4 - £19,312 pro rata)

Initially Fixed Term until 20^th July 2021

We require an inspiring Teaching Assistant to support pupils to overcome barriers to learning and to provide small group interventions in English and Mathematics using a variety of proven programmes. The successful candidate will therefore need to have excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

Initially the position would be fixed term, until the end of the current academic year, due to budgetary reasons.  However, this will be reviewed in the summer term of 2021.

A willingness to provide emergency first aid cover would be beneficial for which training would be provided.
