Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £17,490 pro-rata per annum
Hours: Part time, Full-time 22.5 and 37 hours per week
Fixed term contract until 31 July 2022
Are you an experienced Enablement Officer who has good BSL Level 2 skills and passion for working with individuals living with learning and physical disabilities?
As an Enablement Officer you will be part of our small but friendly team providing housing related support to our service users who have physical disabilities, learning disabilities and sensory needs to enable them to sustain their tenancy and promote independent living within the community.
As part of the role, you will have your own caseload of clients for whom you will carry out assessments, identify their needs for housing related support, complete risk assessements, following their enablement plan to help them maintain good quality housing. This role is mainly office based regular home working could be considered for this role with the requirement to attend supervision and training.
To be successful for this post, you must have good BSL signing skills to a Level 2 standard and will have experience in working with individuals who have physical and learning disabilities. You will be working in a disperse are across Warwickshire, therefore access to a car is essential.
