Teaching Assistant – Additional Needs Grade 4 SCP 5-6

Fixed Term (1st January 2021 – 20th July 2021)

Part Time (27.5 hours per week)

Required from 1st January 2021, an experienced, nurturing and aspirational teaching assistant to work within a Reception class in support of an individual learner.

The successful candidate will:

  • bave experience in special educational needs, preferably in an Early Years setting

As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to:

  • lead a small group session with Reception of Year 1 learners over Zoom
  • undertake a professional discussion which will include an assessment of knowledge, skills and understanding to fulfil the role
  • undertake a values-based discussion.

Further details will be given when candidates have been selected for invitation to the recruitment day.
