Fixed Term Contract – 6-months 

Relationship Manager - Adult Social Care/Customer Services (6th month post)

Customer Services are looking to recruit a grade 5 Relationship Manager to support the communications and engagement for Adult Social Care.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager you will be required to assist with communication and stakeholder engagement activities for the Adult Social Care Directorate as it responds to the ongoing COVID situation as well as support activities for the Customer Services Directorate where appropriate.

We are looking for a person who has excellent communication skills and will be able to hit the ground running, drafting copy, designing campaigns, projects and managing expectations of stakeholders.

The successful post holder will be required to:

 

  • support the reactive work of the COVID response for Adult Social Care as well as supporting key projects for customer services as directed by the Customer Experience Manager.

 

  • support Birmingham City Council’s engagement, aims, vision and responsibilities of delivering excellent customer service to citizens, businesses and visitors of Birmingham.

 

  • undertake all communications activities independently and be able to manage competing priorities.
