Fixed Term Contract or Secondment Opportunity - Maternity Cover (up to 12 months)
The Programme Officer will plan and manage development and delivery of social value and associated benefits realisation through the Council’s ambitious inclusive growth agenda and ensure they are delivered within project scope, within budget and on time.
We are looking for an imaginative, competitive and self-assured individual to direct our ambition to generate an increasing amount of social value and benefits realisation through the Councils contracts and deliver real cultural change.
You should be an independent thinker who can be influential and persuasive with substantial experience of generating new ideas and a background of programme/project management, particularly in the benefits realisation of public services.
We have a demanding programme for inclusive growth and are looking for an experienced individual to create a culture of strategic excellence, develop a robust approach to benefits realisation and manage its effective delivery.
