Team Manager - Children with Disabilities
We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Manager for our Children with Disability (CWD) Team. The team support children and young people from birth to 18 years and their families/carers, where the child has a severe physical, sensory, learning disability or a long term complex health condition which seriously affects their daily living.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a managerial position and key knowledge of CWD work. Your responsibilities as a CWD Team Manager will include:
- To provide excellent supervision and guidance to your team
- Analyse and evaluate cases accordingly
- Lead staff development within your team
- Report to senior management about team performance
To be considered for a position you must have a degree in Social Work or equivalent and have the ability to register with Social Work England.
