As our Green Space Capital Project Officer, you will work closely with other team members and the Council’s planning team to develop and implement a programme of capital works in relation to the Borough’s green spaces.
As our Green Space Capital Project Officer, you will work closely with other team members and the Council’s planning team to develop and implement a programme of capital works in relation to the Borough’s green spaces. Your role will involve the liaising with partners and other stakeholders to prepare business cases for development to our sites that ensures delivery of aims within our Open Space strategy and that CIL/106 contributions are collected and utilised appropriately.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with contractors and planners and knowledge of the planning application process and s106 contributions and their utilisation. With strong skills in project management, you should have the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered to schedule.
