Teacher of Computer Science - with maths as second subject
Full time - £25,714-£41,604 – to start as soon as possible
Woodhouse Academy is a successful Middle School of over 450 pupils, set in a semi-rural location on the outskirts of Biddulph, Staffordshire. The school runs a secondary style timetable and subjects are taught by specialist teachers throughout. All students study Computer Science from Year 5 to Year 8. Pupils enjoy coming to school, are enthusiastic about learning and are challenged to achieve their best.
We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified and motivated Teacher of Computer Science who is able to instil a passion for programming and Computer Science for KS2-KS3 pupils.

You will join a supportive and friendly staff in a school with a strong emphasis on respect and wellbeing. We run a fully accredited NQT programme in partnership with Painsley College. Our professional development is highly personalised in order to improve knowledge and skills and enable progression into middle and senior management. Our staff turnover is low with teachers tending to stay and progress within the school.
