Due to the promotion of our Deputy Headteacher to headship at our school, Elms Farm Community Primary School is looking for an ambitious and innovative teacher and leader to drive our school forward and lead learning to continue the progress we are making in order to give our children the best education they can have.
The Deputy Headteacher will lead E.Y.F.S; Early Reading and Phonics in Key Stage 1, in addition to supporting the Headteacher’s vision throughout the school.
We are looking for:
Somebody with a passion for teaching and learning;
Someone with leadership skills in E.Y.F.S
Someone with experience in the role of Assistant Headteacher or Deputy Headteacher.
An organised, innovative, confident leader with good interpersonal skills;
An excellent classroom practitioner with experience across the primary phase;
A leader with the ability to motivate, support and inspire colleagues;
Somebody with a proven track record of raising standards in a primary school.
