Principal Consultant - Inclusion & Organisational Development
This is a vital role within WME, you will be part of the extended management team which leads the organisation and including management of the Leadership and OD team covering a portfolio of services including, OD, Leadership and Development Programmes, Coaching and Mentoring, and EDI focusing on inclusivity across the West Midlands workforce, tailoring our existing offer and introducing new positive action initiatives to meet the needs of the region. As well as leading on partnerships with external organisations, you will work with a team of specialist associates responsible for delivering our services. You’ll also be a trusted consultant, advising and building a network of Learning and OD professionals across the sector.
You will have strong practitioner skills with a comprehensive grasp of the whole training and development and Consultancy cycle, whilst being a subject mater expert in Equality and Diversity to help our organisations become more inclusive workplaces.
