The Role
We are seeking to appoint a teacher at our school in Year 4 with a growth mindset and dedication to getting the very best out of our pupils.
We offer high staff morale, excellent continuing professional development, a supporting and caring ethos which recognises the importance of emotional wellbeing, research led pedagogy and practice and support from in school experts such as SENDCO, nurture practitioners, EAL co-ordinator, forest schools practitioners, trained maths specialist teachers and our reading recovery teacher.
Key Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least two years teaching experience who is an inclusive practitioner, is adaptable, creative and someone who embraces change with enthusiasm.
You should be able to work in collaboration with a partner teacher and teaching assistant colleagues and have the ability to enthuse children. It is also important to understand the importance and value of involving parents/carers in children's education.
