Fixed Term-contract until 31 March 2022
p.h.i.l (preventing homelessness improving lives) is an exciting early intervention, homelessness project. This Prevention Co-Ordinator post is an essential part of the project.
The Prevention Co-Ordinator’s draw on their knowledge and experience to understand customer’s housing and support issues and investigate ways that they can prevent homelessness and promote wellbeing.
This rewarding role, preventing homelessness, primarily by keeping people in their existing homes, provides a great opportunity to grow your knowledge base and develop existing skills in an exciting and creative environment.
The role is full time, however, job shares may be considered. Secondments may also be considered.
