This is an exciting opportunity for a HCPC registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team.

Warwickshire County Council is a top performing two tier authority with a reputation for innovation and efficiency. If you can match our ambition to drive Warwickshire County Council forward, we would like to hear from you.

About the Team and role:

The Occupational Therapy Personalisation & Integrated Community Equipment (ICE) Team is an exciting, forward thinking, professional and collaborative team that provides high quality services to Warwickshire customers. We are a friendly and supportive team and provide regular supervision and CPD opportunities as well as specialist training and mobile & flexible working.

The role includes the use of different assessment methods to triage and assess Blue Badge applications while considering The Department for Transport (DfT) criteria.

Assessments are desk-based via telephone, interpreting & analysing video and/or face to face.

Skills & experience:

To be successful you will need to have excellent observation, communication and accurate recording skills. You will need to work well within a team and be extremely organised. We are looking for an OT who is forward thinking, uses evidence-based practice and has a keen interest in improving services.
