Co-production & Research Development Officer

Warwickshire’s Participation Team have won a number of awards in recognition of our work with children, young people and families. We are doing great and we need more great people to join us!

We currently have a vacancy for a Co-production and Research Development Officer. The post holder will manage, develop and deliver a programme of work that ensures co-production, consultation and engagement with children and families who use our services.

In doing so the post holder will be required to undertake key responsibilities, for example,

· Lead and embed co-production, consultation and engagement principles within Children & Families

· Make a significant contribution to the adaptation, design or development of information systems and projects.

· Facilitate online forums

· Undertake qualitative and quantitate research into children’s services

· Provide advice, support and guidance to teams looking to improve their practice around service user voice

This will be a full-time role. Flexibility will be required, there will be some evening and weekend work which can be planned.

Key requirements:

· Experience of working with children and families.

· Experience of research and information systems

· Experience of engaging and working with vulnerable families and children with challenging needs and/or behaviours

· Ability to work effectively using online platforms

· Excellent numerical and written abilities
