An experienced Personal Assistant is required to support the Director of Regeneration and Enterprise
Hours: 18.50 hours per week (5 day fortnight (2 days week 1/3 days week 2)
Salary: Grade 7
Location: 4 Ednam Road, Dudley
The Director of Regeneration and Enterprise has a service and major project portfolio and leads and inspires a team of managers and employees, supports the Deputy Chief executive in setting the Council’s strategic direction and deputises to provide strategic leadership to ensure successful and effective service delivery of Council services.
The PA role will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Director of Regeneration and Enterprise and/or nominees as and when required and will need to be proactive and undertake comprehensive management of appointments/conferences and deal with enquiries on a day to day basis
Candidates should possess a significant PA experience and be able to work under pressure with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

The council has a contractual 3 days mandatory unpaid leave which, for the majority of services, are fixed at the Christmas period. This represents a pay deduction of 1.15% in return for which employees are afforded three days unpaid leave (pro-rata for part time staff).
