We are seeking a proficient, project style Personal Assistant to provide a pro-active, comprehensive, efficient, accurate and confidential executive and administrative support to the Head of Service within the Adult Social Care Directorate

Hours: 37 per week

Salary:  Grade 6

Location: Brierley Hill, Dudley

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar busy, high pressured role, providing executive support to a senior officer of a large organisation. They must be able to demonstrate effective working practices and have extensive experience of managing diaries.

The council has a contractual 3 days mandatory unpaid leave which, for the majority of services, are fixed at the Christmas period.  This represents a pay deduction of 1.15% in return for which employees are afforded three days unpaid leave (pro-rata for part time staff).
