TEMPORARY TEACHING ASSISTANT – ref TV36620

Grade 4  (S.C.P.’s 6 – 11), Actual Salary £6,838.43 - £7,550.12 per annum
(£10.21 - £11.27 per hour)

Fifteen Hours Per Week (Afternoons)

To Work 1:1 with a child with Special Educational Needs- this post will be for as long as the child is at Leamore Primary School.

Leamore Primary School is committed to school improvement.  We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with an Early Years child with Special Educational Needs who has communication difficulties (to commence as soon as possible).

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will need to be prepared to work in a challenging, but enjoyable, work environment and will be joining a great team.

The successful candidate will:

Be proactive
Ideally have good experience working one to one with a child with this type of need
Work well in a team
Have a positive attitude
Have a passion for working with children who have Special Needs
