Administrative Officer: Part time
Grade 5 Salary range £19,698 - £20,903 pro rata/term time
Start Date Monday, 22nd February 2021
The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed administrative officer to work
alongside our current staff.
Applications are invited from friendly, experienced and strongly motivated School Secretaries whowould like to join our highly regarded and successful village school.
The successful candidate will have proven administration experience, be well organised and have excellent communication and IT skills. SIMS and Capita Finance/Integra and data protection experience is essential.
This is a varied and challenging role which is extremely important to the smooth running of the school. We are therefore seeking a cheerful, reliable person with a can-do attitude.
The hours of work are 6.25 hours per day, 4 days a week so a total of 25 hours per week. The post is term-time only (including teacher training days). Agreed days and times are negotiable.
