Estate Team Leader
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Housing Services team as an Estate Team Leader. If you are someone who enjoys people management, working hard to improve service delivery and are customer focussed, this role should be of interest to you.
As Team Leader you will Line Manage the Estate Officers who are responsible for making a positive contribution to the cleansing, health and safety, maintenance and appearance in and around the communal areas of our housing stock and the wider housing neighbourhood.
You will provide day to day leadership of excellent, customer focused estate services to customers, including the management of fire safety in all blocks. You will ensure that all applicable Warwick District Council estates are provided with high quality grounds maintenance and communal cleaning services that help to achieve a high standard for our neighbourhoods.
You will be expected to conduct regular appraisals with the Estate Officers, support them on a day to day basis, focus on continuous improvement and work with colleagues to ensure efficient and excellent services are provided to our customers. You will need to lead from the front, be both proactive and resilient, open to change, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will report to the Building and Estates Manager.
Requirements of the role include:
A driving licence is required as this role will include visiting sites throughout the District.
