Your duties will include ensuring housing land and housing stock is safe and well maintained, you will carry out fire safety inspections, monitor contractors, work closely with other Housing colleagues, including partner agencies such as the Police and County Council.

Working sometimes on your own and sometimes as part of a team, your supervisor will be an Estates Team Leader.

This is a public facing role of Housing Services, so you need excellent communication skills, as you will be working in and around neighbourhoods on a daily basis, problem solving and interacting with tenants. You will need to effectively deal with their concerns and work with colleagues throughout the service to make our neighbourhoods a cleaner and safer place to live.
