Hours:
1 x 37 hours per week; 1 x 22 hours per week

We are looking for a candidate who can provide high quality administrative support for the Tenancy Sustainment Team in order to deliver excellent customer care and ensure that applicants housing and support needs are assessed and met in accordance with the Council’s policies, procedures and statutory duties.
You will maintain the Housing Register, ensure that void properties are advertised and let in a timely manner to achieve key to key performance targets. You will need to prioritise and manage your own workload on a daily basis, resolve issues and enquiries. Having knowledge and understanding of housing allocations and tenure types would be advantageous.
You will need to demonstrate that you have good IT skills with experience of using different systems and are competent particularly in the use of Microsoft word, email and excel. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal confidently and tactfully with customers, colleagues, and partners, including good written communication skills.
You will need the ability to be accurate and give attention to detail, possess good organisational skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be managed by the Tenancy Sustainment Team Leader and Officers who report to the Tenancy Sustainment Manager.
