We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and creative person to join the Bromsgrove Social Care Team.  

We are an established, experienced and very supportive team based across the Redditch area. Redditch Area Team has very strong links with health colleagues and we work closely with our statutory and voluntary sector colleagues. 

You will need to be a very confident communicator and can be creative, innovative and search for solutions that are not always obvious.
 

You will be supported to manage your own caseload which will include the purchasing of a range of appropriate support. You will be building relationships with people who need support and their families until you are confident that you have managed to make some positive changes in their life.

The team are very friendly and supportive of each other. We meet regularly as a team to discuss clients, explore areas of practice and offer 1:1 supervision monthly.
