We are seeking to recruit a finance administrator to join our welcoming and busy office team. This is a permanent part-time, term time only position and the successful applicant will be expected to work 21.5 hours per week.

Moor Hall is a friendly and caring school with committed and enthusiastic staff. We are at an exciting point in our development as we move to a two-form entry school.

Duties will include:

Processing income received in school via the cashless and non-cashless systems

Administration of the school’s petty cash and school fund accounts

Processing orders and invoices (sales & purchase)

Administration of the school inventory

Reconciliation of LA suspense account and associated administration

General office duties

This position would suit someone who is flexible and likes to work in a busy

environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill are essential.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
