We are looking to recruit two Family Support Workers to join Compass with a focus on supporting and driving the child exploitation agenda.  These are newly created posts and is an exciting and unique opportunity to become involved and play a key, positive role in this area of work.

As a Family Support Worker you will complete all the missing return home interviews with children who do not have an allocated social worker and help to deliver an intervention to those young people and their families who are identified as being at risk of exploitation and those who are being exploited.  You will work with a range of professionals and families across Shropshire.  You will gain excellent and varied opportunities for developing your knowledge and skill set, strengthened by regular, high quality supervision and training opportunities.

Ideally, for either role, you will have grounded work experience relevant to the advertised role, however, we will consider any potential candidate that shows an aptitude for the role and strong willingness to undertake training for the role.
