SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER

£24,491 - £27,041 per annum

37 hours per week

including some weekends and evenings

Temporary contract for 12 months

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Customer Services Team at the Tamworth Tourist Information Centre.

You will be experienced in customer service delivery and will be required to supervise staff at varying levels within the Tamworth Tourist Information Centre.  You will provide support to the Head of Customer Experience and the Customer Experience Managers.

Performance management, collation of statistical information, invoice payments, cashing up, service level agreement reporting and health and safety compliance are just a small part of the duties required.

Supervisory experience would be an advantage, although training will be given.
