Business Support Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
Fixed-term contract at 36.50 hours full time to cover maternity leave from 01.03.2021 to 21.01.2022
An opportunity has arisen to join an energetic and successful business support team in a management role to cover a period of maternity leave. The role requires enthusiasm and operational management skills to manage, develop and support a large and diverse team providing a wide range of administrative services for the Education & Skills Directorate.
Key skills include effective customer relationship management, leadership of dedicated teams and experience of leading process improvements to achieve desired levels of operational support to the directorate. There is a supportive management structure and a series of challenging improvements to be made to ensure high quality and efficient administrative support is provided.
Although initially offered on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave, there is a possibility that this could extend or that permanent opportunities arise during the period.
