Connected Person Support Social Worker
We are expanding our connected person support team. You could help a child thrive by supporting their connected foster carers. We need social workers who have experience of working in children's teams and an understanding of fostering regulations. The role will involve supporting, supervising, offering guidance and advise to our approved carers. You will work closely with the child's social workers and consider the best permanency options, for example Special Guardianship Orders. Currently Private Fostering arrangements also sit within this team and you will complete private fostering assessments and support families.
