This allows our teachers to make the most of the lesson time and manage behaviour with a standardised routine. In addition, weekly meetings and reviews provide time for staff to deepen their teaching knowledge and styles while developing strong, resilient and adaptive teams.

For this reason, we have invested in developing our wellbeing room and other initiatives to care for our whole school community.
