Registration Services dealing with births, deaths and marriages within the Dudley borough.

Hours:  37 per week (Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings. Thursdays are 8am-4pm and 4pm-8pm alternate weeks)

Salary:  Grade 3

Temporary position for up to 12 months - covering maternity leave.

The role is to provide general admin support for the Register Office, to include reception and certificate issuing.

The role will be based at Priory Hall, but may also require working at Thomas Robinson Building in Stourbridge and other locations within the borough on occasions.

Please note that currently the role is carried out partly from the office and partly working from home due to the pandemic.

The council has a contractual 3 days mandatory unpaid leave which, for the majority of services, are fixed at the Christmas period. This represents a pay deduction of 1.15% in return for which employees are afforded three days unpaid leave (pro-rata for part time staff).
