37.5 Hours per Week

PA to the Headteacher & Clerk to Governors 37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (+ 3 weeks during holidays) Band C (£20,092 – £23,080) pro rata per annum.

We are looking to appoint a highly committed individual who will be responsible for supporting the Headteacher and the Governing Body to ensure the smooth running of the Academy. Essential qualities are excellent communication and organisational skills, ICT expertise, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and complete high volumes of workload effectively and efficiently. Previous school administration, SIMS and Census knowledge and Clerking is desirable.

Successful candidates must have good communication skills, be willing to learn new skills and work well as a team. The candidate needs to show flexibility in working hours and be available to work out of school hours to support the Board of Governors. These hours can be taken as time off in lieu. This permanent term-time position is available from Monday 22 February 2021 with a view to some handover sessions during w/c 8 February. Hours are from 8.30-4.30pm each day (with half an hour for lunch).

The successful applicant will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
