Mobile Cleaner / Caretaker

 

37 hours per week – Permanent

This position required flexible working (including some Saturdays) 

 

Salary Scale:  £18, 933 per annum

 

 

About Us and The Role

Joining our team, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring our offices/ schools are cleaned, secured and maintained to a high standard. You’ll be operating cleaning equipment, undertake training activities, carrying out some caretaking duties where required, along with cleaning duties. Also, cover for colleagues during absences.

In addition, you’ll be working with internal and external customers. Applicant Must hold a current full driving licence (working within Warwickshire).

You will be able:

  • To provide a level of cleaning at site that achieves or improves upon the standards laid down in the specification 
  • To be flexible in the role which may require early and/or late starts
  • To work as part of a team (where applicable) to promote Warwickshire County Council Services
  • To comply with all Health & Safety Legislation, promoting a safe working environment for yourself and Colleagues
  • Undertake basic DIY duties essential
