As a recently converted Academy, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our diverse, rapidly evolving and forward thinking organisation.
The school Bursar, Health and Safety and Facilities Manager will be the school’s leading finance and site operations professional. If appointed, you will work as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure that the school meets its educational aims. You will advise on matters relating to health & safety, HR and personnel, line manage site and administration staff as well as providing the Executive Head Teacher with regular financial summaries and updates.
Shenstone Lodge is a successful split site school for pupils who experience social, emotional and mental health difficulties.
The Shenstone Lodge site is situated near Lichfield and supports students from Year 1 to Year 7. The Brades Lodge site educates KS3 & 4 day students in Oldbury.
The Bursar will be expected to travel between provisions to ensure that line management, human resource processes, personnel and financial systems are uniform and operate with maximum efficiency.
