Neighbourhood & Tenancy OfficersRedditch Borough CouncilGrade 6 £25,481 - £28,672 per annumPermanent 37 hours per week This is an exceptionally exciting time to be joining the Housing Services Team at Redditch Borough Council as we embark on a programme of modernisation, transformation and improvement of our systems, processes, and services that will really make a difference to our operations and the services we deliver to our service users within the Borough of Redditch. As a Neighbourhood & Tenancy Officer in and around the Borough, you will be the key and pivotal stakeholder in the community you serve and to facilitate this you will enjoy a smaller than average portfolio for the sector. In return, we have high expectations of our officers and therefore you will be dedicated and committed to delivering the highest quality services that produce high levels of satisfaction. To exceed in this role, you will need to be a knowledgeable social housing management professional who is experienced in the practical application of all legislation, regulation, and policy in relation to the provision of leaseholder, tenancy, housing, and neighbourhood management services. You will take ownership and be accountable for the performance of yourself and your team and be a keen team player and collaborator, with a good insight into how this key role fits into the bigger picture of delivering high performing housing services.
