To exceed in this role, you will need to be a knowledgeable social housing management professional who is experienced in the practical application of all legislation, regulation, and policy in relation to the provision of leaseholder, tenancy, housing, and neighbourhood management services. You will take ownership and be accountable for the performance of yourself and your team and be a keen team player and collaborator, with a good insight into how this key role fits into the bigger picture of delivering high performing housing services.

The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 09:00 Monday 8th February 2021.

Interviews will be held by Skype or Microsoft Teams week commencing 15th February 2021.

This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of criminal records via the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
