We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor to support our fantastic team of dedicated, hard-working colleagues, who contribute to a wonderful culture of work, supporting students with additional needs.

Some of the duties and responsibilities are:

• Under the guidance and supervision of teaching staff implement agreed work programmes/Academy policy with individuals/group in or out of the classroom.
• Supervise whole classes during short or medium-term absence of Learning Consultants.
• Managing behaviour of students to ensure a constructive environment.
• Respond to questions from students about process or procedures.
• Provide feedback/marking to students and Learning Consultant in relation to progress and achievement.

Hours:

32.5 Hours per week, Permanent, Term Time Only (Inclusive of 5 INSET Days)

Salary:

Band C Point 5 - 8 (FTE £19,312 - £20,493) Actual salary will be pro rata
