School and Family Mentor

The Role

Boughton Leigh Junior School is seeking to recruit a friendly, enthusiastic and empathetic school and family mentor to help children reach their full potential.
The role of this post is to support children and their families by working directly with them and also by coordinating the work of other professionals to offer additional support.

You will join a supportive team and have the chance to grow professionally in a rewarding environment.

The role is 19 hours per week.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will:
-be passionate about education and making a difference for the children
-have effective communication and listening skills
-have the ability to connect with all children and their families
-set an example of personal integrity and professionalism
