The vacant post is 9 month Fixed Term contract to cover maternity leave, with the option to extend further if there is a business need. The post is in the Cityserve Finance Team within Finance & Governance Directorate, and reports to the Senior Financial Analyst responsible for Cityserve planning, Budgeting, Monitoring and Closedown.
The purpose of the role is to support the Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Business Manager and Head of Revenue & Operations Manager, through effective use of data analysis and effective monitoring of financial data. You will be required to produce management and statistical information. Therefore you will need to have good knowledge of Excel to an advanced level. You will need to have excellent communication skills and good IT skills, as well as being able to prioritise your workload and able to adhere to strict deadlines.
