Full-time, 37 hours per week, term-time only plus 2 weeks

John of Rolleston Primary School
We are looking to a highly organised, efficient and friendly Finance & HR Manager to join our Trust working at John of Rolleston Primary School.
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Headteacher for delivery of the effective financial accounting and HR systems within the school and work closely with the Chief Finance Officer of the Trust.
The successful candidates will:
- Have several years’ experience working in an office environment dealing with finance and HR
- Have excellent numeracy skills along with very good communication and literacy skills
- Be able to work effectively in a team
- Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour
- Be flexible, motivated and enjoy a challenge
- Remain calm under pressure and interruptions
- Have some knowledge of Health & Safety
Knowledge of schools systems would be an advantage.
