We are currently recruiting for a communal independent living
Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the
Health & safety of the buildings is maintained, potential risks are minimised.
And the environment is safe and secure.
To ensure that the communal facilities within decommissioned & re-classification sites are managed and maintained daily. To be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of buildings is maintained, potential risks are minimised, and the environment is safe and secure. The successful candidate will be part of a team to provide excellent services to customers in accordance with legal requirements and relevant policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you should have;
- A full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Experience of working in sheltered housing or a social care environment in a customer facing role.
- Experience of identifying safeguarding issues, reporting and referring to appropriate agencies.
- Experience of health & safety regulations e.g manual handling, fire safety, and risk assessments.
- IT skills and the ability to record information accurately.
