About Us

Targeted Youth Support’s aim is for young people in Warwickshire to have a brighter future. We’re a small team of dedicated, professionally qualified youth workers who use our own knowledge, skills and experience to build positive relationships with young people. We work with young people aged 11 to 18 years.

 

It's an exciting time for Targeted Youth Support as we have received new funding and support from Warwickshire County Council and have recently doubled our workforce, bringing amazing new opportunities for staff and the young people and families we serve.

Assistant Youth Worker

Lillington 5.5hrs per week (2 posts) 

We are recruiting 2 Part time Youth workers to assist in the delivery of Targeted Youth Supports centre-based work of 2 evening sessions per week. The role will include assisting a Worker in Charge to plan, deliver and evaluate the work. Ideally you will have some Youth Work knowledge and or experience. You will be working with ages 11 – 13 yrs and 14 yrs – 18yrs. The post is at Lillington Youth Centre, Leamington Spa. The post is fixed for 2 years and is term time only.
