The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 9 primary schools, soon to be 10, Teaching School, and SCITT. Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. Our academies are quite distinctive and separate schools, serving different communities and phases but all either are, or have the capacity to become, outstanding.
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and highly motivated Mobile Site Assistant to work across our partnership schools, supporting our Operations & Estates team with a wide range of site, health and safety and estates functions. The successful candidate will undertake general caretaking, cleaning and site maintenance duties, including responding to emergencies and maintaining security at ATLP school sites, as directed by the ATLP Operations and Estates Team. Providing an effective and efficient Operations & Estates support service through effective health and safety
management must be a key priority for the successful candidate. Whilst experience in an education setting would be useful it is not essential. More importantly, you will need to demonstrate relevant skills and experience, resilience, and interpersonal skills. You should have excellent
communication skills as you will be liaising with a wide range of staff across the Trust on a daily basis.
The successful applicants will be required to work at any establishment which forms part of the Learning Partnership, whether current or future, on a temporary or permanent basis, according to the needs of the Learning Partnership as part of our Learning Partnership arrangements.
Own transport, with business insurance, is essential and appropriate car mileage will be paid.
