Crystal Leisure Centre is looking to recruit 1 Full Time Recreation Supervisor to work over a 3 week set rotating shift pattern, which includes daytimes, evenings and weekends.
Hours: 37 per week Over 3 week rota to include weekends and public holidays.
Salary: Grade 5 Plus 10% shift allowance & weekend enhancements
The successful candidate will be required to follow instructions as allocated by Management and ensure these duties are carried out to the required standard. Take an effective role in the direct supervision of Recreation Assistants, reporting any concerns to the Duty Manager
You must be in possession of the Royal Life Saving Society Institute of Qualified Lifeguard Qualification, as a condition of employment. Regular attendance at training sessions is compulsory to ensure you retain the qualification.
