£25,481 to £28,672

Are you a qualified Social Worker with a strong interest of working with people with learning disabilities, their families and the services they access?

The Community Learning Disabilities Team works closely with health colleagues and provides a multi-disciplinary approach to supporting people with Learning Disabilities in South Worcestershire. Adopting the 3C’s model, the teamwork in a creative and collaborative way with the people they support to provide person centered support and services.

With a basic salary of up to £28,672 per annum (dependent on experience), this is just a start, we can also offer you:
