Job Details

Are you a Senior Practitioner feeling that children have too many moves and you want to be part of finding a better way to keep foster carers supported to reduce this? Then this could be the job for you. Warwickshire Fostering is developing a new model where one foster carer acts as a specialist support to a number of other foster families to support them by offering day or providing overnight care - as you would do normally in a family home.

We are starting off with one hub foster carer but have ambitions for more. You will be at the centre of this new service. We are looking for an inspired and supportive fostering social worker to take up this new and unique role. If you want to see better outcomes for children, then this is a job where you can make this happen so please apply.
