We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor with the ability to provide students with efficient and effective in-class support.
Applicants should have experience of supporting students in a school, have excellent literacy and numeracy skills and will also need to demonstrate good communication and organisational skills. An ability to use the School Information Management System (SIMS) would be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate should be willing to support the ethos of the school and have the ability to work as part of a team whilst also using their own initiative.
Lordswood Academies Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment. An enhanced DBS check is required for the successful applicant.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
