City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a Business Support Team Leader to join the newly formed Business Support Unit. This team will provide high-quality, customer focused support to a range of adult’s services provided by the council.
The post holder will be a key member of the Business Support Unit and is expected to work flexibly to ensure that high quality support is always provided by their team, enabling Council services to function effectively.
Candidates should be innovative, proactive and organised with great attention to detail. You will need strong communication and IT skills, the ability to build strong relationships and manage change effectively within their team.
