ROUGH SLEEPER SOLUTIONS OFFICER

£25,991 - £29,577

Fixed Term contract until 31 March 2022

Do you have experience of working with those who are or have been rough sleeping?

We are looking to recruit a person to work with entrenched rough sleepers and those new to rough sleeping.  You will be working with clients to develop housing plans to support them into accommodation. The goal for all service users will be to achieve suitable, sustained and settled accommodation.

You will have experience of working with this client group or similar client group, along with creating support plans to address complex and multiple needs.

There will be a requirement for extensive outdoors outreach work with out of office working including some weekend working
